Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the original point of origin.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, special orders, and personal care goods (such as beauty products, soaps, lotions and etc.). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please inspect your order upon receiving. Take a picture of the damage and/or issue item and contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item we will contact you to resolve the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received (if applicable) and inspected your item/return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
